Return & Refund Policy - Frida Why Art Space

I appreciate every customer and strive to provide artworks that inspire and resonate. The following policy ensures clarity and fairness for all parties.

General Return Policy

Scope & Types of Products

Custom / Commissioned Pieces
All commissions are created specifically for the customer based on their concept. Once production begins (sketching, materials procured, design finalized), these items are non-refundable.

Made-to-Order Products & Prints
Products created after an order is placed, including limited edition prints, are non-refundable once produced, except if they arrive damaged or defective.

Digital Products / Downloads
Digital items, such as downloadable files or licensed artworks, are non-refundable due to their intangible nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described:

Contact me within 14 days of receiving the item.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the product and its packaging.
Once verified, I will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on what is possible.

Return & Exchange Process

Customers should email fridawhyartist@gmail.com with their order number, photos/videos, and a description of the problem.
Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7–14 business days.
If approved, instructions will be provided for replacement, exchange, or credit.

Exclusions & Conditions

Personalized or custom artworks cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
For shipping damage, items must generally be returned following Studio instructions.
Shipping fees for returns are usually the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged or mis-shipped.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, if returns are accepted.

Timeline

Most claims are resolved within 1–2 weeks after all necessary information is provided. Replacement or exchange times may vary depending on shipping and production schedules.
